- Professional credentials, license number, or institutional affiliation
- Clinic name, specialty, country of practice
- Estimated monthly volume and peptides of interest
This category is collected to verify that purchases comply with our For Research Use Only (RUO) terms and to assess clinic supply fit. It is treated with a higher level of care and is not used for marketing purposes.

- Records of call bookings and notes from consultations (where applicable)

4. Legal basis for processing
- Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): to process and fulfil your orders, manage returns, and communicate about your purchases.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): to verify buyer qualification, maintain records for regulatory compliance, prevent fraud, and protect the integrity of our RUO supply chain.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): to comply with applicable Portuguese and EU law, including record-keeping requirements.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): where you have opted in to receive communications from us beyond what is necessary for order fulfilment. You may withdraw consent at any time.

- Detecting and preventing fraud or misuse of our platform
- Improving our website and service offering (using anonymised analytics where applicable)
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
6. Data retention
- Order and transaction data: retained for seven (7) years to meet Portuguese accounting and tax law requirements.
- Application and credential data: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus five (5) years, to demonstrate compliance with our RUO obligations.
- Communication data (email, WhatsApp): retained for three (3) years from last contact.
- Website usage data: retained in accordance with our analytics provider's retention settings, typically 14 to 26 months.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Who we share your data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of third parties, strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- Logistics and courier partners: name, delivery address, and order details necessary to fulfil cold-chain shipments.
