Aevivo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where buyer qualification cannot be confirmed or where misuse is suspected.
Orders are placed via our quote-request workflow. Submission does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing by email and, where applicable, after receipt of payment. Where an order is declined after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any payment is binding. Once an order is confirmed in writing, the price is fixed for that order.
We dispatch orders using cold-chain logistics where required by the peptide's storage specification. Estimated delivery timescales are indicative only. Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon handover to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
On receipt of your order you must inspect the package and contents within 72 hours, check temperature indicators where included, and verify documentation. Any damage, discrepancy, or documentation issue must be reported to us in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
Due to the nature of research peptides, we are unable to accept returns of products once dispatched, except where: the product received does not match the confirmed order specification; the product arrives with demonstrable cold-chain failure; or we have confirmed a manufacturing or packing error. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: Aevivo's total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Aevivo is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Aevivo expressly excludes all liability for any harm arising from the administration of any product to a human being or animal, which constitutes a prohibited use under these Terms.
All content on the Aevivo website, including text, graphics, logos, document designs, and CoA formats, is the property of GÉNESE SOBRANCEIRA, LDA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You must not use any Aevivo product or website for any purpose other than lawful scientific research, human or animal administration, resale to unlicensed third parties, or any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction. Breach is a material breach of these Terms and may result in order cancellation, account suspension, and recovery of damages.

The peptide materials supplied by Aevivo are intended exclusively for use by licensed medical professionals, qualified researchers, and authorised healthcare institutions operating in compliance with applicable national and European Union regulations. These materials are not intended for self-administration, retail sale, or use by the general public. Aevivo does not provide medical advice, clinical protocols, or dosing recommendations. All decisions regarding the administration, compounding, or prescription remain the sole responsibility of the qualified professional receiving them.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under EU law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order confirmation governs that order.
